Minecraft: Java Edition - The original edition for PC (Windows, macOS, Linux). Click on '.minecraft' Click on 'saves' - These are your world files. If you ever download minecraft in the future onto a different device, these will not come with the download. Copy your world files from the 'saves' folder onto the usb drive. Repeat regularly as you play in your worlds or make new ones. So first log in with your mc account on the site, then find a download or purchase tab. Then choose pc, and press buy mc. Go to the Purchased section (Account > Purchased menu option in iTunes) and in the Apps section the app should show for downloading (assuming that it's still in your country's store and you haven't hidden it from there (Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support)
The Pixelmon server that you are trying to connect to is probably one for the PC/Java version. Windows 10 Edition and Pocket Edition cannot connect to PC/Java servers as they are a different version of the game. The only way to play on the PC/Java servers is to own a copy of the PC/Java version of Minecraft. There may be a Pixelmon server out.
Redownloading : Redownload music, movies, TV shows, apps, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store - Apple Support
Or connect the iOS device that you bought it on (and assuming that you still have it installed on it) to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy it over.
